Walk through a successful contract negotiation process while discussing the importance of leverage and how to use it effectively . Learn how to make sure the contract best represents the clients interests rather than between vendors, with inclusions such as service level agreements and key performance indicators that guarantees vendors performance. Finally, discuss financial penalties in the event that the vendor fails to perform.
